2026 Fuel Crisis - Impact on Pacific Business
Rising fuel costs are squeezing Pacific businesses.
A survey of 464 businesses across 10 Pacific Island nations found most rely on petrol or diesel and were already facing higher operating costs. Seven in ten expected profits to fall over the next 3 to 6 months, and many said they need cash-flow grants and subsidised business advice to get through.
